Headmaster's Blog

This week Rashid School welcomed 40 teachers and educationalists from around the Arab world as part of a course funded by UNESCO, the United Nations educational agency.  They are all studying curriculum design at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and the visit was part of a two week course in Dubai.

During the visit they took part in more than 80 meetings and lesson observations and also had the opportunity to meet with many teachers who are responsible for designing and implementing our school curriculum.

The visitors enjoyed their day and particularly appreciated meeting with many our students.  Course organiser, Dr Khadeegha Alzouebi, said that the day had been highly successful and thanked the staff and students at the school for being so welcoming and hospitable.
